Amazing Family Vacation!

The hotel's location offered quick access to kids activities near the beach I also experienced a green oasis back at the hotel. Parking felt hassle-free The valet team was quick, so arriving and departing was easy. I received warm welcomes from every team member. They always helped with a smile. Kevin remembered my wedding and gifted my little one a peacock stuff toy.

I found the condition of the buildings needed attention rust streaks and dirty evaporative aircons affected the appearance.

The hotel is located in the middle of the island near the main attractions access is convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the MRT station at VIVO City. The gigantic mall offers a respite. The hotel gives a perfect mix of activities and relaxation.

The location was convenient. It made it easy to see Universal Studios. It was super easy to get around. Breakfast was included. This meant I did not have to worry about it.

The TV was not working in my room. I tried to report it via phone. The phone was also not working. The shower head was old. It also had a lot of calcium build up.
